Do Memberships include repairs for free?

No. Memberships include priority access, waived trip fees (within limits), and discounted labor/diagnostics. Parts and repairs are billed separately and approved before work begins.

Is the membership per vehicle or household?

Per vehicle. Membership is tied to a specific vehicle (VIN recommended). Household add-ons are available.

What areas do you cover?

Zone A: CDA/Hayden

Zone B: Post Falls/Rathdrum

Zone C: Quoted

Membership waivers apply based on your tier and zone

What does "service call waived" mean?

The service call/travel fee is waived for eligible visits within your tier. Labor and parts are still billed unless the service is specifically included (example: included annual diagnostic labor).

Are parts included?

No. Parts are billed separately with customer approval and include a consistent markup.

What's included in the annual diagnostics/inspections?

Labor/time to diagnose or inspect. If repairs are needed, you’ll receive an estimate and must approve before any repair work begins.

Can I use my included services multiple times if I don't use them for months? 

No. Included annual services are use-it-or-lose-it within the plan year. They do not roll over.

What counts as urgent/after-hours?

Work requested outside standard scheduling (evenings, weekends, roadside urgency). Urgent pricing is higher, and Tier 3 includes a limited annual reduction.

Can you guarantee same-day service?

No. We offer priority scheduling, but availability depends on current workload and parts availability.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Memberships can be canceled, and access continues through the end of the billing period unless otherwise stated.

Do you offer memberships for businesses/fleets?

Yes, but fleet pricing and terms are separate. Ask about fleet plans.
